The Bongo Rx is an FDA-cleared, prescription sleep apnea therapy device for treating mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) made by AirAvant Medical.
The Bongo Rx is an EPAP (expiratory positive airway pressure) device and works as follows: • During inhalation, small valves open to allow you to breathe normally through the device. • During exhalation, the valves close and direct exhaled air through small vents to generate EPAP (Expiratory Positive Airway Pressure). EPAP keeps the airway open until you inhale again.
Easy to Use Just insert the Bongo Rx EPAP device into your nostrils as there are no hoses or mask to deal with in this simple sleep apnea nasal device. The soft silicone inserts will form a seal within your nasal openings. The starter kit includes all sizes to help you find the size that fits you best.
An All Sizes Starter Kit includes all 4 sizes (SM, MD, LG, and XL). This kit allows you to take your time at home finding the size that fits you best. We recommend that you try all four sizes before selecting your final size.
